SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

CLOSING DATE & TIME: 20 February 2025 (Thursday) 12:00 HRS

 

Rules and Regulations

  1. Abstract submission is open to all Staff and Residents
  2. A total of 18 abstracts will be selected for oral presentation on 28 February 2025 from 09:50 – 12:00 hours during the 10th ASEAN MISST Conference.
  3. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
  4. Each author may submit more than one abstract for this meeting.
  5. Abstract presented previously in local, regional or international meetings as either oral or poster presentation may also be submitted. Only abstracts that were or to be presented during the period of 9th ASEAN MISST 2024 will be under consideration.
  6. The Organizing Committee will email notifications to the Corresponding Author and Submitters by 12:00 hours on 10 February 2025. It is the responsibility of the Corresponding Author to share the notification with their co-authors.
  7. The best oral presentation will receive a cash prize and certificate
  8. The organisers reserve the rights to withdraw oral presentations from a category if insufficient entries or entries of inadequate merit are received.
  9. The judges’ decision is final.

  1. Word limit of 300 words (excluding title, authors and institutions)
  2. The suggested format of abstract is shown in the subsequent page.
